I'm passionate about helping couples restore their relationship to what it once was. I use an approach based on strengths and solutions, not blame and deficits. I'll work with you to regain trust, improve communication, rekindle your passion or help you get "unstuck" so you can have the fulfilling relationship you always wanted. Time is money, so my goal is to help you start seeing positive results in as few sessions as possible (hence the name, Brief Counseling Center). In a relaxed, non-judgmental environment, you can explore your issues and acquire the practical tools and skills that can help you create a new vision of the future...then take steps right away to make it happen. (There's talk therapy, and then there's DO therapy!) I work with couples (and individuals) struggling with communication issues, stress, anxiety, anger, grief, infidelity, depression, addiction and other life challenges.
